Annie became a production co-ordinator on big budget television commercials, in the days when everything was shot on 35 or 16mm film. Now fifteen years later – having worked her way through the ranks to production manager and for the last ten years as producer – she has worked on hundreds of jobs and a wide range of production including television commercials, content, event films, music videos, short films and docos.

Annie has produced television commercials – in-house or freelance – for major TVC production companies in (Sydney, Brisbane. Melbourne) for national and international release for clients such as Sony, David Jones, Spec Savers, Ford, Philips, A2Milk, Kinder Surprise, Spar Supermarkets, Woolworths, Vanish and many more.

Her post production experience is extensive having worked in-house at two post houses, plus running in-house post at a number of production/post TVC production companies and event companies. This encompassed organising and managing freelance editors, animators, motion graphics designers, VFX artists, colourists, sound designers etc.

Her greatest skill lies in bringing together the best crew for a job, delivering on time, on budget; with the best quality on-screen production values and Annie’s favourite words to hear are, “wow this is even better than we expected”.

Amid her commercial work, she’s produced a number of high quality short films.

In 2009, her first short film IPSO FACTO a Tropfest entry, which was shortlisted, followed by KINDRED (2014) the first sci-fi to star Indeginous Australians which screened at the Boston Science Fiction Festival, SciFi Film Festival Australia and New Filmmakers New York.

In 2014, she secured Screen NSW’s Emerging Film Makers Fund to produce FLAT DADDY starring Kat Stewart (OFFSPRING) and Kathryn Beck (THESE FINAL HOURS, WENTWORTH) with EP Al Clark (PRICILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT, CHOPPER). The film premiered at the opening of the 2015 St Kilda Film Festival, screened at the prestigious Palm Springs Shortfest USA, Adelaide Film Festival, Flickerfest and was nominated for “Best Short Film” in both the Screen Producers Australia Award and AACTA awards. Her most recent short film BABA about a family dealing with dementia was directed by John Fink and EP’d by Marcus Gillezeau and premiered at Australia’s most renowned international film festival Flickerfest in January 2017. Annie is a member of AACTA and SPA.
